You aren't ACTUALLY good. There is bots in Quickplay.
It seems to happen only when you have bad games, and its done for retention reasons. Fortnite, Warzone, and now many multiplayer games also does this, and people love it because it makes them feel good about themselves and has shown to keep retention in game-play.

This means more people will buy skins or battle passes. This all comes down to the devs making more money.

Keep an eye on your lobbies you will see tons of these bots like this. Look for the naming convention FirstLastname (JessicB, AlmGrim, etc.)

Proof here from first match:

and literally two times right after when I lost big time in a QP:

This just sucks for anyone that wants real competitive matches and I feel like should be demonized more.

It's not actually. Check proof, and look online on other forums. This is not just me saying this.

No idea how that's cope, it's netease, they did absolutely same thing with Naraka, so not surprised at all. And in Naraka they never denied the bots, was something about the lines to better accomodate new players etc etc.

That explains a lot! Bots aren't even inherently bad, as shown by the retention of players in Fortnite, etc.
However, not even disclosing this is just gross.

Man if this is true I don't feel like playing anymore, might as well go back to playing single player games, what's the point of playing a ONLINE ONLY MULTIPLAYER with bots?

just play ranked then when it comes out

That makes sense. I was wondering how the game finds matches instantly as soon as I hit start!

My thoughts exactly. I worry this will become a common trend in video games.

instant queues for quick match aren't exactly unrealistic considering the game has 400k players on steam alone, then adding the console players + people playing on epic for the fortnite cosmetics

Could also be because almost half a million players are playing on Steam alone and it has crossplay.

Queue for Arcade mode and it's not instant. (it's also not always instant for QuickPlay and sometimes takes a few seconds)

Your "proof" is players having usernames. Fairly weak "proof". I have no idea if it's true or not, but showing usernames isn't exactly convincing.

The fact that all the names are similar, plus, when you go to their profiles they are ALL private, and were 'offline' (when playing) is more then enough proof as is given the circumstances. You can check their names for your self.

As well, while I don't have video proof of this (I will try to get it next time I see this happen), when you spectate those that are bots... Their aim snaps to people and their movement is very odd and looks a lot like something you would see out of a CSGO bot.

I know that doesn't instill a lot of truth, because you are basing it off my word, but the fact I am not the only one talking about this should at least throw up red flags.

This is something that also happens in another Netease game, Identity V. If you lose 3 quick plays in a row, your next one is 100% guaranteed to be a secret bot game. It's REALLY obvious there, the bots barely know how to play.
