Unjustified Penalties and Bans in Marvel Rivals

Hi, community!

I’ve been facing some issues in Marvel Rivals and would like to know if anyone else has experienced something similar or has a solution.

The Problem

I keep receiving messages accusing me of creating a "toxic atmosphere," even though I don’t use the chat or interact with other players in a way that could be perceived as toxic.

I also get penalties for "leaving matches," even though I don’t leave intentionally. Instead, I’m suddenly disconnected from the match with a message saying, "Penalty received."

I receive a notification about "toxic behavior," and along with it, I get a penalty. However, this penalty expires the same minute it appears. The main problem is that I get disconnected from the match because of this, and then I’m banned for 15 minutes for "leaving the match."

These issues are seriously ruining my gaming experience, and I’d like to understand what’s causing these penalties and how to fix them.

What I’ve Already Done

I contacted support through the in-game system, and they responded by directing me to the Discord server.
I then asked about this issue on the official Discord server, but so far, I haven’t received any helpful suggestions, and I’m still waiting for a reply there.
If anyone has experienced something similar or has any ideas on how to resolve this, I’d really appreciate your help!

Got banned too, for no reason

Can you leave the game running in say the tutorial mode to see if there's a buggy timer or some such? (Pure speculation on my part.)

You're getting banned cuz ur garbage and ruining comp matches. Stick to quickplay.

What did you actually say in chat and voice? Even if you think it doesn't offend anyone it could.

The problem is all those reports require multiple people to submit and they happen in stagger so if I report you it might take another game and another before you have enough reports then people who report later by going to their recordings and reporting you that affects you too.

Shouldn't mess around in this game.
