No Voice Lines on Shop Skin

Been playing as Wolverine and I got his Deadpool & Wolverine skin and while using it in-game he no longer says anything for me when playing. I would have liked to hear Steve Blum talking while playing as a comic accurate Wolvie but for some reason it's not working. bug or intentional?
