Jeff Needs An Emergency Patch

Him being able to swallow an entire enemy team with an unavoidable near-instant attack, then jump off a cliff and instantly kill 6 people is absolutely not okay.
I don't care how "funny" people think it is, it is just NOT okay.

There are a LOT of Jeffs running around doing this after videos of it have been posted. It's a real problem and there's legitimately nothing you can do about it.

Yeah it's pretty cheap. I always try to kill Jeff as soon as I see him since I know for a fact they will try to do that crap.

Yeah, bad team for sure. You have more to worry about from Iron Man's ult since it too is fast and AOE and can blast an entire team if they're stupid enough to sit around clumped.

You cannot see him once he does his ult. He goes completely underground and you only know where he's chosen to attack once he activates it, at which point there is no time to get away.
Even if you play Rocket and immediately use both dashes to get away, you'll be eaten by it in like .5 seconds. There is flat out not enough time.

I'm not talking about the character all around, his ult is just busted and the most powerful in the game.

This is the complete opposite. You can dodge Iron Man's ult. I've done it many times. He shouts out that he's doing his ult and then you can get behind cover or dash away.

When Jeff ults, he goes underground where you can't see him and you only know where he is or where he'll attack once he uses it and at that point it's too late.

Any Tank can block that. Hulk, Magneto, etc,. shields eat all ult damage and actually swallow the ult.

You can also use Groot his walls will block ults (if you stand directly next to it and use it between you and the ult) and he has 3 of them. You actually want to group as a good team. Bad team everyone should either run or run to a competent tank.

Even blocks Scarlet Witches explosion too.

Disagree tremendously. People clumping up was the meta in old games and it just led to healer stacking for invincibility. The fact that they have countermeasures discouraging you from playing in a lame and predictably exploitable manner is a good thing that modern games have to combat these stale playstyles.

It's unavoidable and instant. Things need counterplay. You also have to play together as a group a lot of the time, you can't just be scattered across the entire map, that's how you lose every single time.

It's also not possible on every map. It's a tactic that specifically works only on some maps, and only because those maps have fall deaths, and that very much seems intentional.

I mean it sucks, but I think it’s crazy that as iron man I’m all the way to the skybox of the map and even in its radius it still sucks me in. Takes me a second to realize what’s going on when I teleport to the ground and fly off the map to die lol.

Imo, it is dumb. And I've done it like 30 times.

If Jeff dies while people are eaten. Then should be tossed up into the air. This includes if he dies out fo bounds.

Bruh im a jeff main, and this is the main and only truly viable use for his ULT... and it is not easy to pull off, especially against a good team

Max i've pulled off is a 3kO with it, trading my life for it in the process, i have been blocked and killed many times in attempting it

If someone is getting a 6ko with it, then that is your teams fault for

1. being in a clump

2. not paying attention to the jeff, where he is, and his NOM NOM NOM voice line as he goes for it and then spreading out

He's objectively the worst healer, but he's the one everyone uses. Gee, I wonder why?

Jeff ult is completely busted, only played 2 games and it was glaringly obvious in both. I was looking forward to the game but I'm not gonna get invested when it has stuff like this ult with no counterplay on half the roster
