stuck at 0% loading

my game gets stuck on 0% loading then kicks me from the game, and because of this im now getting time out penalties... anyone have a fix to this? it never lets me rejoin the game either

Does your internet got slower from warp?

When I did a speed test cloudflare warp made my internet slower, it was a difference of 587Mbps without warp and 452Mbps with it turned on.

Thank you. I'm not a fan of any VPNs, and I think the game should work without it.
We need to make a support ticket to the developers and describe the issue properly. A lot of people having this disconnecting issue.

We need to make a support ticket to the developers and describe the issue properly. A lot of people having this disconnecting issue.

I already sent in a support ticket to their discord with a file from their debug tool to give them as much information as I could, I've tried every solution I could find but none of them have actually resolved the issue. I got a msg back from the support bot saying that the ticket was forwarded to the development team but have heard anything other than that.

I sent the zip file as well as my in game ID, server Im playing on, what platform Im on, and a description of the problem.

A VPN made the issue worse. Now I can't even connect to the game server running a vpn

Any solutions for this? I did the diagnostics and everythings fine but every few matches it does it and I get a 5m timeout.

Play the game on local drive: if it doesn't work, lower your settings.
At last resort, use a free VPN on top because it could be Marvel Servers not performing well to some group of people choosen randomly and I'm not sure why or how but it should fix your issue.

Alternatively, wait for patch.

Same. Here are the things ive done:

Game is on an m.2 SSD.
Computer is on Ethernet (700down 700 up)
DNS manual to google
Reinstalled
Ran in game network diagnostics
Live ping track to google, average of 11ms with highest at 48ms
No VPN
Happens on 2 different gaming desktops both on ethernet. Hers is traditionnal 2.5 SSD.
Allowed completely in firewall

I am trying to verify if its a steam issue at this point because it only affects some people it seems. Ive also messaged their support and I am waiting for a reply.

Hey all i was having this same issue i managed to fix it by uninstalling realtek 2.5 gb ethernet family control driver. i played rivals just fine on my old pc which did not have this driver installed when i built my new one a few days after the game came out my Mobo installed the realtek driver and the game didnt work right afterwards. Hope this helps
