RTX 4070 laptop and still having performance issues....I thought the recommedned is rtx 2060 super. Is it only me?

The performance issue is crazy! Crashed two times, tried to set graphics lower, and even less than 2k but I still can't play...What seems to be the issue? I updated the nvidia gefore but still terrible. Is it optimization issue or a device issue?

I see many people playing on highe graphics with stable FPS. My brother is playing on 4060 laptop but with 1080 p and the performance is great for him. I tried to change to 1080 but still FPS drop even with nvidia frame generation. Can a clean reinstallation of the drive help?

Try turning off steam recording, seems like my performance may have dropped with it on

Mad lad playing on a laptop. Most likely the game is not optimized. Got a 4070 Super and it's running fine with no issues. Maybe not enough ram? On my laptop I had to get at least 32 gigs of RAM to have games run smoothly with a 3060.

Sadly, the laptop is my only choice...It's a long story. I play other games with zero issues. Should I add more ram?
