Terrible FPS ISSUE

I have 2060super
AMD Ryzen 7 9700x
32 GB Ram
I run all other games just fine but this game I run it at 30-40 FPS WHY?!?
I turned on Frame Generation Mode and I get 95-100 FPS, but it doesnt really look like 90-100. Really wish I had a solution.

The game is on one of the fastest, if not the fastest gen 5 NVMe SSD (14GB/s read, 12GB/s write)
Ryzen 7800X3D
RTX 3070

I crash once every two matches and I get punished for it.
When it doesn't crash, it drops to 20-40FPS on medium settings and it's hardly playable. Now in plat that's an issue that make it unplayable as a single mistake can cost the game.

theres videos on youtube on configs for this game to get more fps at the cost on visuals, also ive seen theres a cfg file on nexus mods for nvidia cards, for me im full amd setup 6700xt 5800x3d at 1440 p i run frs quality on low setting and am getting around 144 fps sometimes capping out at my refresh cap of 180, i usually restart my game after changing settings which helps because it re does the shaders

Performance issues here as well.

Playing at a native 2560x1440p. Ultra graphical settings. Borderless Window. DLSS off. Frame Generation on because it's the only way to increase the FPS.
Nvidia Low Latency Mode enabled.

Specs are as follows:
Ryzen 9 5900X
AM4 Asus Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFi)
32GB DDR4 @ 3600MHz
1TB Crucial P1 NVMe M.2
ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 3080 Ti 12GB Gaming OC
Corsair RM1000X PSU

My specs are above and beyond but the performance is still abysmal. This game doesn't even put any pressure on my CPU and GPU.

i have 10 year warmachine with 1070 and get average 90-100 fps :D

That's just playing stretched resolution.... not a fix to the issue....

I have a RTX 3050, AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6-core processor with a lot of ssd and local disc space (i downloaded it on my ssd like my other steam games) and at first it was fine but today i physically cannot play its so stuttery. i go on the settings with 250fps then go back to the menu and im at 55-60fps. this is the first game i've had this amount of problems with. i literally have played hogwarts legacy fine, helldiver fine, gtav fine, red dead online is fine, valorant is fine and csgo is fine.

Main Menu seems to be capped at 60 FPS but in the settings, if you don't have V-Sync on or a FPS limiter then you will have all the FPS your computer can produce.

The same happened to me. First time I played it, nothing was limited, gameplay was smooth but now suddenly my RTX 3080 Ti can't even push to 100 FPS without Frame Generation.

The game engine is innocent, Borderlands 3 and Tiny Tina wonderlands use the same engine and the performance is great.
Fortnite also the game with 100 players in a massive map that you can destroy everything every building, every tree, every rock and you still get 200fps in old laptop from the stone ages.
another game is Chivalry 2 use the same engine and the performance is great in 60 players massive battles.

its not the engine, its the cheapness of making this game, they created it in half the time and at half the cost it should have been.

i fixed fortnite with downgrade my driver 24.12 to 24.8 but that not working for Marvel rivals idk if cyberpunk is on UE5 but i have weird error at the start but after is working perfectly

Fortnite the moment i launch the game I get a message of what settings I need to change for best performance so it was good for me and never had any issues.

For Cyberpunk 2077 i checked it and its not on the same engine and its running fine for me.

I think with Marvel Rivals you need the last update if you want less problems, also there are some settings that can improve the performance i can tell you about if you want.

the game looks awful without lumen, devs relied on some lazy and heavy technology like this to make lighting look proper in the game.

i managed to run the game at constant 60 fps eventually but i still get heavy stuttering and freezing sometimes.

Nanite and Lumen rearing their ugly heads again. You get a visually stunning game but it's very demanding.

I have a pretty good computer. I have run Overwatch, COD, R6, etc. The FPS is so bad, I start to lag horribly. Definitely a huge issue and needs to be fixed.
