Constant Crashes on High-End PC - i9-13900K and RTX 3090
Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing constant crashes while playing Marvel Rivals on my high-end setup:

  • CPU: Intel i9-13900K (5.8 GHz)
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 64GB (5600 MHz)
  • GPU: ASUS Turbo RTX 3090 (24GB VRAM)

Even though my PC exceeds the recommended specs, the game crashes frequently, making it unplayable. I followed the steps in the official guide (link to article[www.marvelrivals.com]), which include advanced tweaks like downclocking the CPU using Intel XTU.

It’s unacceptable that players are required to modify technical settings just to play. Has anyone else faced this issue or found a workaround?

I urge the developers to release a patch to address this problem.

    Thanks for your attention.

it's not your system, it's the game. I doubt you can do anything on your end to fix it.
Also for me the game didn't crash during the beta, but now the full release magically does.

Runs fine on console, ah good old pc master race.

It runs well on consoles because developers don't want to develop instead of programming with the usual 4 things.

Same here, something wrong with the game. Several friends also suffering from crashes. Only thing in common is theyre all nvidia GPUs.

From what I see the real problem from what they say is the 13th and 14th generation of intel.
However it is unthinkable that gamers should use an overclocking tool to change a parameter because they do not know how to program.

So far, playing this game on a low-mid tier PC has been a nightmare. I can't speak for those who play on High-end PCS, but if you are playing this on a mid tier PC or lower and are experiencing issues, don't worry, it's the game's optimization NOT YOUR PC.

Please check your disk space if you are crashing a lot, chances are this folder C:\Users\*USER*\AppData\Local\Marvel\Saved\Crashes is OVER 5GB (MINE WAS 250GB OF FKING CRASH DUMPS) DELETE IMMEDIATELY.

This game is causing the following: Memory Leaks, Kernel Errors, Driver Corruptions, and Heavy DISK usage. All of this is confirmed and verified.

There is nothing you can do to fix this as it must be optimized from the developers end.

If you have Bluescreened, Had UE kernel crashes, High Memory usage, Low FPS Etc, THERE IS NO FIX, WE MUST WAIT FOR AN UPDATE!!

This game is almost like a virus to PC players at this point, please be cautious as some PCs may be permanently corrupted.

thank you for what you wrote.
It was as I imagined, I had the dump folder at 100GB.
Having a high-end/ultra PC I did not expect these big problems.
At this point I will wait because this way I cannot play and above all if something on my computer is damaged it is NetEase Games that must take responsibility.

Let's wait...
