Didn't get my permanent Venom Cyan skin.
I Unlocked it during the Beta.
Anyone else has this problem?

You likely did. At the top right of the screen near the settings, there's a little letter shaped button that'll have a red mark near it. It's an in-game mail system and your alpha/beta rewards are in that.

Same here. Got no letter in the mail as everyone says. The game made me use new nickname and etc, when I entered the old one I used while beta it says something is using it :/
