Failed to connect to server

The game simply won't open. I updated the drivers, rebooted the Internet. Two friends had no problem opening the game the first time. It's a disaster. I'm calling the experts.

I've tried putting in a request and the stupid bot won't accept it because I don't have my UID. I can't log into the game itself so how am I supposed to find it?

I've tried every troubleshooting step, including changing/flushing/renewing/etc with DNS. Doesn't change ♥♥♥♥. I tried my alt Steam account and connected fine. It's something wrong on their end.

In the meantime I installed the game using the EPIC launcher I already had installed on my machine (ive heard the other methods work as well). I just installed the game without touching Steam's install. It forces you to make a fresh account, but you can play and practice until your main acct gets fixed.

I agree. It hasn't let me log in since yesterday. I've tried a number of methods, but nothing has worked. Truly think it's something on their side.

so far i tried 3 different networks, 3 different DNS, VPN servers, 3 different accounts and 2 PCs and all of the internet solutions like firewall, run as administrator and etc and still couldn't login once. other than that just after installing this game, logging in to the overwatch 2 become a problem too i had to restart steam a few times to login to overwatch now.

My game ran perfectly first day. Now every time i try and connect i get the same issue failed connection. When I run the test my network shows Good connection followed all steps allow app through windows firewall, reset network, run as admin, nothing works they need to patch this already I just want to play.

I FIXED IT! LETS GO! THIS WORKS ON PC IDK IF IT WILL WORK ON CONSOLE

Here are the steps:

Launch the game on Steam/Epic
When the Marvel Rivals Launcher pops up, click on "Clear Local Configuration Files"


Thats it! Thats what worked for me. Let me know if it works! GOOD LUCK!
