Anyone else getting GPU crashes?
The game plays fine for the most part but in my time playing it's crashed twice now. Once during a match, other time in the main menu. It seems to be a GPU crash but I've not had this happen on other games like this.

For clarity, I'm using Nvidia and my drivers are up to date. It may very well be on my end since my pc is getting up there in age and hardware.

what drivers do you have?

I've had a few crashes as well, after an hour or two of gameplay. 2 have been in match/after the match and once in menu.

Someone in another thread said that (if ur using nvidia) disabling shader caches fixed their problem, at the cost of a longer compile time. Just leaving it here too in case it helps someone:

NVIDIA Control Panel / (or app) -> 3D Settings -> Global Settings -> Shader Chace Size: Disabled

^^^^^^ This worked for me. My GPU (3080) would shoot the 3D up to 100% and crash my whole PC after being in the game for 2 minutes. Now I just played over an hour with no problems!

I think limiting max fps may also impact the likelihood of crashes. But thanks, I'll try the shader cache thing if it doesn't work.

I'm getting NON-STOP GPU crashes making it almost unplayable. Every time I reload and load shaders I can't rejoin fast enough and get a penalty because I disconnected. WTF is this ♥♥♥♥?

I'm on Windows 11
i7 12700k
EVGA 3080 FTW3
32GB of T-Force Vulcan DDR5 RAM
Guys I think I fixed the crashes for me at least, try this out:
1. Turn off the Nvidia Overlay.
2. In launcher click on settings upper-right, and then turn on "Start with GPU Debug Mode".
3. In game put a limit to your FPS lesser than your monitor has.

I've been able to play 8 games in a row and it didn't crash once since. In the task manager the game went from 7-8gb to 4gb usage.

You have my computer beat with Stone Age English ability despite being a gamer for 35+ years.

I used DDU to do a fresh install of my driver's and haven't crashed since. Might be worth trying.

It's a free software, (memory cleaner by koshy john, others with the same name are scammers or malwares) very simple to use, it clears your RAM automaticaly when it exceeds 80% usage and/or every 5 minutes (you need to check the 2 options in the settings).
For me, with my 16go RAM, it's a must have to avoid blue screen while gaming.
Oh, I'll look into this. Thanks. :gnomechild:
Did it works? Let me know pls

Ryzen 7 7800 X3d
Nvidia 4070ti
64gig ddr5
win 10 64bit
gpu drivers up to date
turned off the Steam, Nvidia, and Discord Overlay things too

i got the gpu crash report thing too like 7 times now total over maybe 15 hours, so not as much as some of these other folks (Game freezes, have to cltr+alt+del to break it to get to task manager
my last crash was after watching a highlight and Widowmaker icon was ending the cutscene
I also notice Dr. Strange moves sometimes lags folks out, and chugs my game some
i literally watched 3 folks D/C with Strange moves in play, lol

ALSO the REPORTS this thing makes were all 9gigs...holy crap
I saw this and then check my folder for it
----------------------------------------------------
Please check your disk space if you are crashing a lot, chances are this folder C:\Users*USER*\AppData\Local\Marvel\Saved\Crashes is OVER 5GB (MINE WAS 250GB OF FKING CRASH DUMPS) DELETE IMMEDIATELY.
---------------------------------------------------
and yeah checking mine, the 7 or so crashes i had were all like 9 gigs each or so

After I get disconnected I try to RUSH back by signing out, launching as fast as possible, and launching the game, i fail to reconnect and get a "penalty" for disconnecting. I did NOT disconnect, YOUR GAME CRASHED!!

I was talking to my friends in game and said they had seen me still on the team but after loading the shaders quick I was forced to watch a super hero intro I couldn't skip and failed to join back. How can I be punished for having an M.2 OS able to sign out and back in to launch again lightning fast and get PENALIZED for not joining back quick enough.

Game was fine when i updated the drivers, but once I restarted my PC it started to crash my GPU on launch. New drivers upon PC startup seemingly bricked the compatibility to play Rivals, let alone Unreal Engine games. Now I can't even launch the game at all without my PC crashing instantaneously.

Specs:
R7 5800x3D
RTX 4090
48 GB RAM
