so i don't even know if a real person got my log file. they need to have good tech support in a game this big, but they go the way of automated bots doin the work for them.
netease does not even acknowledge this is an issue.
The PC that crashes is 12th gen i7, 4060ti 16GB, 32GB ddr5, nvme drive.
The other PC is ryzen 7 3700X, rtx 3070 founders, ddr4 16gb, nvme drive. This is on a large 4k projector setup rather than on my 1440p double monitor setup. The game worked immediately on this, didn't change any settings or update any drivers.
Play yesterday with premade 6 - five of them crashing in 6h session at least two times.
Absolutely different specs...
Someone in another thread said that (if ur using nvidia) disabling shader caches fixed their problem, at the cost of a longer compile time. Just leaving it here too in case it helps someone:
NVIDIA Control Panel / (or app) -> 3D Settings -> Global Settings -> Shader Chace Size: Disabled
crashing every about 10th game
Win 11
i7 12700k
EVGA 3080 FTW3
T-Force Vulcan DDR5 32GB 6000mhz
^^^^^^ This worked for me. My GPU (3080) would shoot the 3D up to 100% and crash my whole PC after being in the game for 2 minutes. Now I just played over an hour with no problems!
