In fact the whole game runs alot smoother, no more microstutters at all.
i know right, the game ready driver seems to make the game run way worse.
Maybe NVIDIA is preparing for the 5000 release and can't handle that people may not want to upgrade, so they start gimping the GPU's with mediocre drivers.
Someone else also said that the same driver solves the crashing in God of War Ragnarök.
But disabling low latency mode seems to have at least reduced the frequency of crashes by around 50%. The 120 fps cap may have also helped some. So it appears crashing is much more likely to happen when the gpu is heavily loaded.
What an absolute loser you are lol
This is just some lazy dev issue like fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. Stop trying to blame it on the customers ♥♥♥♥♥.
I’m starting to notice that a lot of people are using AMD CPUs, and the times when it has been Intel CPUs, they just aren’t having the same problem.
I have literally tried everything else, but this may have solved it for me... for now. I couldn't get through a single game without crashing, but after installing the NVIDIA driver from september I was able to play 9-10 rounds with no crash.

Never an issue in any game and my rig is aged. Sometimes, it's those newer fancy features that f-up everything. I disable like a couple of em because i still have a 1000 serie GPU and that's it, all smooth, no crashes no nothing.
For those unaware, god of war ragnarok is facing the same issues as this game.
NVIDIA released a patch saying that they fixed it, but everyone is still crashing.
ive been getting crashes nonstop to the point it was unplayable. really annoying and got timed out of comp for not being able to relaunch in time.
i would crash on UE5 gpu bug and sometimes when relaunching; it would say i dont have enough memory when it was compiling shaders (cap). id have to restart my pc to reopen the game when it would happen.
heres what ive done and havent had crashes since:
- selected start with debug gpu mode (in launcher)
- limited fps to 100 (in game settings)
- changed super res mode to balanced from quality (in game settings)
- changed from DLSS to AMD FSR with 80 sharpness (in game settings)
- set graphics quality to medium (in game settings)
- disabled shader cache size (nvidia control panel)
- reinstalled nvidia drivers (in system)
it seems to have worked for me and the game doesnt look and feel terrible like i was expecting
