Audio bug, no hearing in-game character abilities or voicelines.
I'm only hearing my own character's voice and abilities. I've had a few Iron Men and Scarlet Witches use their ult and I haven't heard it go off, just a little warning flash on my screen which I can't register by its own :c
No announcer either...

I also had this problem at first. I went through my audio settings to see if there was anything tied into it. The setting called "In-Game Voice Volume" is actually what allows you to hear character voice lines so if you have that turned down to zero that may be why you can't hear anything! I hope this helps, but if not I'm sorry.

Yes! I thought this was for the voice chat so I turned it to 0 ^^''
