"Leaver Penalty" Issue
Kinda Frustrated, I will load into the game and play 2-3 games, then on the following game I will join Que and go to the loading screen, but it never leaves 0%. After like 4 minutes of waiting i am disconnected.

When prompted to reconnect I experience the same issue or the spot gets filled and I am then penalized as a leaver despite never making it into the match.

Problem goes away when I restart the game, but cycle repeats, this should be fixed asap since the penalty continues to get longer, preventing game play.

Just make it so you only get penalized if you actually load into a match and pick a character or something.

You sure because my DNS is through Cloudflare and I still experience same thing
i had the issue every game until i started using vpn. I literally havent had the issue once since using it and ive played maybe 30 games

Had this happen multiple times when I've been forcefully disconnected, only ever got back into one game. Other times I get a warning, even though I had no intention of leaving those games.
I've got a negative notice for today, but that's mostly because I've been playing for several hours trying to do missions and the last two need me on a hydra map, and the ******* game won't give it to me more than once. I keep getting everything else. It's infuriating.

I do not know (I have played only about 20 games so far, here, in the evening), but it seems to have been fixed for me (0/99 percent issue). Previously, it was different from evening to evening - I could play 5 games, catch 0/99 percent issue on the 6th, and sometimes I could even on the 2nd or even on the 1st match. I pressed Esc after each game and chose "Log out and log in again". And I moved the game back to the HDD, according to statistics it turned out that there were more successful downloads from the HDD than from different SSDs. But knowing that there would be a patch on 19 or 20, I returned the game to the SSD (Windows on another one).

And today, after the patch, the downloads are instant, the skip for the space bar works as it should. Also, after launching the launcher, I clicked "delete local settings" (at the bottom). The only thing that is confusing is that in several matches there were still players (about 2 or 3) who did not seem to load up and, accordingly, were replaced (like us before) Devs were practically silent for two weeks (not counting the post in the discord and the topic about it on reddit)

same thing happened to me penalized 3 times I'M DONE it gets me stuck either on loading screen on just when we get into the game whole game stops working
Same here. Did a WiFi test and my WiFi was performing at 117%. All the servers were at 999ms yet I get an hour penalty. I found if I leave the WiFi and rejoin it on my pc it fixes it and I can play more games but it penalizes you for it. If you spam reconnect it kicks you out 4 min after with a penalty. Anyone find a fix yet or is the marvel rival devs problem?
