"Leaver Penalty" Issue

Kinda Frustrated, I will load into the game and play 2-3 games, then on the following game I will join Que and go to the loading screen, but it never leaves 0%. After like 4 minutes of waiting i am disconnected.

When prompted to reconnect I experience the same issue or the spot gets filled and I am then penalized as a leaver despite never making it into the match.

Problem goes away when I restart the game, but cycle repeats, this should be fixed asap since the penalty continues to get longer, preventing game play.

Just make it so you only get penalized if you actually load into a match and pick a character or something.

Having the exact same problem. I message the "support" on discord and they told me that its a feature not a bug... I don't think they understood what the problem was.

Everybody that has this issue, please report it to their customer support so they fix it. I really want to play this damn game lol. Its fun when I do get to play.

Mine now just stopped at 99%.

Same problem here, reported to the support, even wrote a review not recomending this game until they fix this, they wont even give a posible solution

I also had penalty warning for after two GPU crashes. BS. I did not even leave intentionally and I played all remaining matches to finish, even if loosing and with crappy team.

This video game IS extremely fun, but this particular issues is unacceptable. What reason haven't they fixed it yet?

same problem, shows connection error, after trying again shows me that I quit the game and that I will be penalized for it, so stupid.

I read a recent windows update broke some stuff because of, no surprise, kernel level anti-cheat!

I've been running flawlessly but I also never updated past 22h2 (I think). Maybe that's the difference?

this is a huge issue right now, add the abnormal ping as well.
