Report a translation problem
I've an older rig and the game is on an HDD. Old i7, 16GB RAM, 1660ti. It runs fine for the most part, around 60 FPS, but loading takes long, even to the point where I'm late into the start of games and it has some hiccups during play.
But even if you were to ignore that, people with way better machines report poor optimization and low FPS and whatnot.
And you'll need an SSD, pretty much.
