Possible Stutter Solution Related to High Polling Rate (8K) Mouse
I have a PC with very high end specs (4090, 13900K, 32GB DDR5, M.2 SSD) and have been experiencing severe stutters in this game since release. Tried just about everything else without seeing any improvements but finally thought to try lowering the polling rate of my mouse. My mouse has a maximum polling rate of 8000hz which I've heard can cause issues in some games due to the CPU demand needed during mouse swipes. Never had any issues with this in other games like CoD or CS2 but I have been experiencing these stutters with Delta Force and Marvel Rivals, which both just released, as well as with RoboQuest's latest update.

Lo and behold, changing my mouse's polling rate from 8K to 4K/2K/1K fixes the stuttering in all three of these titles! If you're using an 8K mouse and have crazy stutters, please try a lower polling rate! I hope this helps others and saves you some of the time and frustration I spent trying various other graphics-related solutions.

This will be a setting in your mouse's software. On some mice, it's a physical switch on the bottom of the mouse.
My mouse has been set to 1k polling rate this entire time, so this isn't it for everyone.

i did something kinda fix it to me , lower the dpi and increase the sens in game , now i'm playing with 8k pulling rate and barely feel the stutter
updating your mouse software fixed it for me
Was about to make this discussion because I did this and finally solved my FPS issue. It was causing an extra 40% CPU usage, FPS drops from 200+ down to -20, and causing my GPU Utilization to drop to -20% whenever my FPS would drop. 4000hz was still causing the drops for me but 2000hz completely fixed it! If anyone is experiencing frame drops and doesn't know about this I really hope they find this thread!! So much googling and I never saw a single post about this issue for some reason. :8bitheart:
