Its definitely the game code not your computers. This is the ONLY game that crashes on me regularly

Bump
Also check the APPDATA/LOCAL/MARVEL/SAVED/CRASHES
It will fill up your disk if you are crashing often.

This only started happening to me after the latest NVIDIA driver update, although seems to be happening to AMD folks as well, so probably not related.

Bottom line, i believe there's a memory leak. Its the only game that does this, no other game i have and playing crashes. I'll try on the SSD myself, if it happens again, I'm done until a fix happens.

It's 100% a memory leak. I watched my RAM usage go to 99% when the game crashes. I have 32GB of DDR4 at 3200mhz there is no reason the game should use 30GB+ of ram.

I resolved my issue by not recording using AMD relive and more importantly i have the game running on my SSD drive now. Seems like both helped me, no more crashes.

Same issue

Ryzen 7 5800x
3070ti
250gb M2 SSD just for windows
1TB ssd for games.
whatever mobo supports the latest gen

I keep my PC clean and up to date. I've reinstalled GPU drivers (using DDU so its clean) This is an issue with the game not your PC. Hopefully it gets addressed SOON. Telling me I can run cyberpunk max settings in 2k resolution 80 fps but I can't run this? Nahhhhh

Same problem, can play 2-3 games without issue but afterwards the game hangs when loading the next match (normally at around 0-4% but has happened at 94%) and after a minute crashes

I turned my game down on the lowest settings. Not recommended settings and changed the DLSS to balanced. I haven't had a crash since.

I have a 3090 as well with an intel 10900k. Motherboard shouldn't matter but got the asus maximus XII.

I still had to put my graphics to the lowest. Been playing for hours and still no issues yet since that resolved it.

if your game crashes repeatedly, it may be due to your antivirus software misjudging the game process. You can try adding ~\Marvel\Binaries\Marvel-Win64-Shipping.exe and the game storage path to your antivirus software's whitelist, or temporarily disabling the antivirus software and then trying to restart the game.

So guys. I finaally fixed it. It has something to do with the NetEasy Anti Cheat. Go To Windows Security Settings -> Virus and threat protection -> Ransomeware protecion -> Allow an app through Controlled folder access. Let me know if it also work for you <3:steamthis:
I don't have a proper place for that in my settings. And when I search and click it, I get Page Not Available, saying my IT Admin has limited access to some areas of this app. Except I don't have an IT Admin or helpdesk.

I had the same error but it turned out it was my ssd. While playing the game it spiked to 100% usage and thats when I got the freezes and lagspikes. Installing it on a different ssd solved it for me. I used the repair tool from the ssd manufacturer and found out it needed a firmware update. Everything works fine now. I recommend to play the game with task manager open to see if your ssd is the problem

Same, it crashes randomly and I then get penalised because they've released a game full of poor optimisation and error crashes. Uninstalled until it's rectified... insane competitive queue is even out when a high amount of people are getting consistent GPU freezes and PC locks/crash to desktops.

I have SSD and never had any crashes maybe its the reason

Its not about an SSD, it's something with all NetEase games. Here I have and rtx2060, 16gb ram and a ryzen7 2700, running the game on SSD no matter which resolutions or presets, 2 minutes and it freezes the PC. It's something in NetEase games conflicting with something in my PC and of many people more. I saw today someone saying that the epic games version it's better, other person saying its the realtek audio conflicting, im gonna test later

maybe the problem is Steam overlay, some games doesn't work well with any overlay from my personal experience with Steam overlay, Gamebar overlay, EA app overlay.

I don't know about Epic version of this game but I know about Once Human Epic version is better than Steam version.
