Crash is caused by NVIDIA drivers. I played launch day with no issues. Second day I updated my drivers (been about a month since I last updated) and began freezing and needing to hard kill the app to get the GPU Crash Dump. Recommend uninstalling GPU drivers and installing an older version until patched.

People are posting the specs, they're talking about it on reddit, and twitter, but i don't think the devs seem to be aware. I posted my specs in my previous threads. Also about lowing settings, i did that, same problem. Memory leaks.

I'm curious are people having these crashes on SSD or HDD? I only tested on my HDD.

Its not about an SSD, it's something with all NetEase games. Here I have and rtx2060, 16gb ram and a ryzen7 2700, running the game on SSD no matter which resolutions or presets, 2 minutes and it freezes the PC. It's something in NetEase games conflicting with something in my PC and of many people more. I saw today someone saying that the epic games version it's better, other person saying its the realtek audio conflicting, im gonna test later

bump been happening since first day and i have the gpu debug mode on like they requested.

Same Here, Brand new to the game downloaded and then started as is without changing anything ( Tutorial) - crashed 2 sec in to the game

People, you can't say you've crashed without posting your PC specs? so developers can identify and fix the problem faster.

Anyway, for people who have been experiencing crashes, try setting your FPS slightly below the average FPS until this issue is resolved.

I tried on lowest setting, No lumen turned on. It still crashes on tutorial

I been having lots of crashes too. I went to medium settings before and after gpu driver updates and still crash.

i have the same, hard locks every few matches. its a UE5 thing. almost all UE5 games do this right now. as someone said, theres code somewhere that breaks something, probably in windows or nvidia drivers... this isnt even an intel/nvidia thing only as lots of amd systems are affected too.

I only crash on steam. Played on epic and it works just fine. its literally just a steam issue for me

yoo i solved this issue for a friend yesterday

We did a multiple of things. you guys can try some or all of them if they work:

- Enabling game through firewall (both public or private)
- running sfc /scannow and Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
- Switching off any external antivirus
- Running the game in windows 8 compatibility mode, and disabling full screen optimisations (I think this was the one which solved it)
