playtest progress wipe?

so for those who've played the playtest before launch, can we really not log into those same accounts? I've launched this game from Steam, much like the playtest and was not prompted to log into my playtest account, nor was the progress carried over.

is it all gone?

Obviously the progress from a closed beta does not carry over..
If you participated in the beta you get the rewards in the in-game mail, if it's not there, contact them via discord.

obviously the progress won’t transfer but any advice on why our mail is empty? that’s clearly the issue. not sure why that was so difficult to understand

Yes. This is the very first online game I’ve played. I even bought a giant mechanical box to play it on. And this oddly shaped rectangle that has the entire alphabet and numbers on it. What’s weird is that this rectangle has all the numbers on the top AND bundled up on the right hand side as well. So odd, still trying to understand the power button too.

What would be in there that you'd need?

For starters, my friends. Even my entire contact list is gone too.
