Fix the memory leak

The game keeps freezing starting at 50ish memory and then keeps climbing and usually hits my memory cap after like 4 or 5 matches. It's happened 3 or 4 times now and I keep getting warnings for "leaving games" when it's literally just breaking. This only happens in this game for me and I usually play most modern games with no issues

This happens to me when I get into the tokyo map. After that every match afterward just gets worse and worse. I run OW at 240fps, so there's no reason I should be seeing this game at 20-60fps. New driver update didn't really do much to help the game.

Try cap framerate, go to setting and click on "Limit FPS", set it to 60 FPS, click apply and enjoy.

for me I'm not having lag or framerate issues but it's just running fine until all of a sudden out of nowhere it completely freezes up and I have to close the game with task manager

That's what it does for me in the end. It eventually just crashes and i get a UE error report.

In my case it fully crashes my pc and this happened after 4 matches as well. The game plays great but the crashing is quite annoying. Hopefully this matter gets ironed out and the devs optimize the game and fix this issue

In seeing on Reddit people saying turn off Nvidia overlay and turn off rtss.

same but for me its the first match it wont even let me load sometimes I uninstalled a good bit for the game to and tweaked the driver settings for the game and such,, ig ill be uninstalling because I feel like I have tried everything.

Are you sure you aren't overheating?

I've had overheating issues in some other newer games.

Any fix for this yet? I play 2 or 3 games then crash out bc of memory then it blur screened my pc

its something the devs will need to update to fix theres nothing we can really do

this is my issue, game crashes without sound, but doesn't close so I guess it counts as a freeze and my PC doesn't crash like some people are saying.

i changed my settings to "TAAU", which lets me play for 3 hours so far.
before that i got crashes evry 4-5 games. Randomly. Setting Effects to low didnt do anything at all.

hope this helps somebody. Game looks like ♥♥♥♥ now tho

It defiantly has some sort of memory leak because it was legit fine and playable for first 2 matches I played and then it started stuttering like crazy huge fps drops and unplayable suddenly. I even upgraded my CPU today and while it ran better initially the same problem is happening.
