Unhandled exception in script

Hello,
I get this error message after starting. I can't get pass the first scene where you have to scroll down and accept because a white box blocks my interaction.

I tryed to repair the game but there is no corrupt data found.
I tryed to run the game in DX11 mode but it seams like the game is not fully supporting it yet, another error message occurs ("unable to launch with RHI 'DirectX 11' since the project is not configured to support it)

Any ideas how to solve that?

So I downloaded the game through the Epic Game Store and it works. The same error occurs but this time I was able to get past the privacy screen (that was the "white box" I wrote about, I didn't know what it was before since on steam it is just a white box without any text) and finally play the game.

Funny thing, when I launched this game the second time through Epic Games, for some reason the privacy box was displayed in Chinese language :D Something is definitely wrong here.
