Game hard crashes PC

I have the game installed. I am well above the minimum requirements. I go to load the game for the first time it gets to compiling the shaders and blue screens my computer. I restarted checked my drivers and tried to relaunch the game and get to 4% on the shader compiling and it blue screens again. I have never had a game do this, please tell me there is a fix!!!

If you can, try turning off Core Isolation in your windows security settings.

It's already turned off, and I can't turn it on, says Logitech drivers are blocking it

After uninstalling all the drivers and turning it on game still blue screens me

My 3080 would crash after 2 minutes of being in the main menu. Would force me to restart my computer. Found this in another post!

Going to Nvidia app and going to Graphics -> Global Settings -> Shader Cache Size -> Disable

Just played for over an hour with no problems. Still in debug mode, so we'll see what happens if I turn that off.

Okay, I have finally got an error before it blue screened my comp, telling me that I was out of video memory while it was compiling the shaders. I also keep seeing this suggested, but I no I do not have a 13 or 14th gen processor so that is not the problem. I have still not gotten into the game at all. I'm starting to think that I am going to have to revisit this game after a few updates to see if they have fixed this.

I'm having the exact same issue, even had the task manager open to make sure the game isn't using too many resources (it isn't). I can get into the game and play for about 5 minutes before my PC randomly restarts.

For me my PC just straight up shuts down while trying to compile shaders. No blue screen or shutting down screen. Just boom, PC is shut. Same happens with Once Human, another game from NetEase...

If you try BloodStrike it will happen too, another game from NetEase. It seems it's some service or file that's conflicting with something. Hope they fix it soon

I believe I figured out a temporary solution! So far I have been able to launch the game and play the tutorial. Try this fix, go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Power Options (or just go to the search bar and type "Choose a power plan"). Then just switch from Balanced to Power saver and that's it.

This is ridiculous playing Indiana Jones the great circle without any troubles but marvel shuts down my pc.

Anyone know how to fix it?
