Game hard crashes PC

I have the game installed. I am well above the minimum requirements. I go to load the game for the first time it gets to compiling the shaders and blue screens my computer. I restarted checked my drivers and tried to relaunch the game and get to 4% on the shader compiling and it blue screens again. I have never had a game do this, please tell me there is a fix!!!

this has been an issue since the alpha and apparently was never fixed. click that troubleshooting message when it says about using 13 or 14 gen cpus and see if anything there helps you. I have to go into bios and literally nerf all my hardware to get the game to open.

Same issue with me. Brought all the graphics settings to the lowest option, and my build is above the recommendation. Still spend ten minutes "compiling shaders" just to get into the menu. Then when I try to run a match, if I even make it into the game, the match starts before I load in. If/when I get in to the match my computer overheats within my first life. I have never been past this.

I got the blue screen first try too, im not sure your issue is the same as mine but I have a fix for this.

Im guessing this applies if you have an intel i9 CPU series 13 or 14 because as you may know they are pretty faulty.

I had the shader issue on multiple games and the fix I found is you go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Power Options (or just go to the search bar and type "Choose a power plan"). Then just switch from Balanced to Power saver and thats it.

I know it seems strange, seemed the same for me before, but after trying to play Black Myth Wukong and failing over and over again to get passed the shader part I tried everything I could find on the web. This was the only way to fix it for me and it works for every game I tried since that had the issue (Marvel Rivals, Stalker 2). You can also turn it back to balanced if you want after you get passed the shader part.

Can confirm, the game crashes after a while on a i7-10700K + RTX 3060 (12 GB).
Also takes the whole PC down.

It's not a UE5 problem, it happens here with all games by NetEase (Once human, blood strike and now with Marvel Rivals) and I don't know what it is too. Updated every single thing here I can and after some minutes it freezes and crashes my PC, it doesn't matter which resolution or graphic settings is. Something this company put in the game it's causing a conflict because it's not a coincidence happening only in their games. Still waiting for a solution!

I have a similar issue, right after compiling shaders it says failed to synch to steam, check connection. Then the game closes

when i click to play the tutorial, all goes right, but after 1 minutes or like 30 seconds it crashes and gives me a beatiful cute blue screen of darkness

Same here. Regardless of what I do, the game crashes within 2 minutes of being open. Having task manager open reveals that the GPU's 3D shoots up to 100% for like 2 seconds and my SSD goes up to 100% for 30 seconds as it crashes. Also kinda fries my pc. I have to Task Manager end Marvel Rivals. Steam stops working even if I reset it, but some games still work. I go to restart my computer and the monitors go black, but the PC lights stay on and the PC doesn't fully shut down until I hold down the power button.

After a couple minutes of the game opens it blue screens my computer and then gives me a Kerbal error, no fix found yet
