DirectX 12 only

I'm having some trouble opening the game because it only supports DirectX12 and I tried booting it up in DX11 but it won't boot to that either

Typing -dx12 solved the issue to me.

GTX 700 series will not work as it really only supports DX11 in hardware.

You could update that driver instead of messing around with Launch Options.
