How do you bypass the launcher on startup?

Launchers are always annoying, and I cant seem to disable it running as admin as well. I tried the –skip-launcher in the launch options but that doesnt seem to work

This doesn't work anymore. It launches the launcher

It still launches the launcher, all this does is get rid of the "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" popup

Adding this to the launch options skips both the UAC and the launcher for me on Windows.

cmd /min /C "set SteamDeck=1 && set __COMPAT_LAYER=RUNASINVOKER && start %command%"
