If you want a specific set up, you're going to have to get some friends who also want it or something simular to it.
Rocket does not work in 2 support comps period. Mantis still exists as an option, Invisible Woman still exists as an option, Loki is an option because of his AOE field BASIC ABILITY that can save more allies than Rocket's ultimate, even Jeff is an option because he can technically ult his own team to save them (I've seen it, and it's funny). Adam is not really an option, and honestly suffers from the same issue Rocket does, but at least Adam has damage reduction for his team to help them survive something and can revive them if things do go south.
His Ult is excellent for taking points and hard pushes.
I've lost count how many times it's helped overcome a hard stall at the end of Shibuya or Yggdrasil.
Killing the enemy team > keeping your team alive (in those situations)
ALSO if people actually focus characters you can overcome Luna's healing; this is even easier with Rocket's Ult.
Teamwork and communication >>>>>> Healer Ults.
If you are so fixated on what healers you want, go play that healer. Otherwise be thankful that someone is willing to keep you suicide butt alive.
Stop being delusional and trying to twist things to fit your fantasy.
