low level/rank Noob vs high rank players?

Level 10 peni main, has a little too high win rate, now suddenly the MMK filled me against DM, GM, Celestial. that's ok, not a big deal, until it filled my team with bronze, silver, and gold. some rare time a plat.
Is this a normal thing for "high winrate" noobs to queue with high ranking players like this? and filled the team with littrally bad teammates just to sink the winrate?

Many high ranking players plays QM for daily quest and chech heros, or for fun, Some times you gonna get some of them in your team or enemy team. If you want similar skill try ranked when you feell comfortable, you will statrt at bronze 3.

once ya start doing ranked qp just feels like recess its a playground

Quick match it's just play for fun for or trail hero or do some quest. Don't too serious about this mode. Serious mode is in Rank match
