His wording sucks but he's got a point. If you pick a more specialized hero and notice your fellow DPS is lacking, you can switch to more generalized or go into a hero that synergies with them to prop them up. I don't think he means it that way, but some players do.

I was took out of context, likely intentionally. Much easier to make people look bad, since 99% of people wont look back and assume thats all I said. Also, 'poorly worded'? Huh? Is your brain fried or something? I explained both that I play around my team as a flex player and that this flex playstyle covers weaknesses in my team which gives us a way better chance of winning. I also said Ive been a flex player since early OW1. If I dont know how my team is doing, like if the teams other support/tank is doing well enough for me to switch, I cannot really know if I can make the desision that could allow us to actually win the game. So yeah, game-winning decisions. That doesnt mean I will win the game, that means I am making decisons that could win the game. Seems like you and the other dude need to work on your reading comp. Not to insult you or anything, but Jesus....
