How you do this?, just download lossless scaling, limit your game fps to half your desired framerate, so you have an actual stable frame pacing. Enable HAGS in windows graphic options and nvidia reflex in-game. now you are set up. To have more fps, for example if you want 144 stable fps just limit your game to 72 fps using riva tuner, or in-game, however you like.
Now you can have low-latency generated frames, and hell even in lossless if you have an spare gpu or integrated gpu, you can use that instead of your gpu to generate the frames (if your gpu doesn't have tensor cores) so you don't need to rely on gpu power to get the extra frames.
