i went from Bronze 3 to silver 2 in like 3 hours, as a rocket one trick, wins were between 30-50, losses were 15-20 so if you win more than you lose you will move up.

i dont get how people are stuck in bronze its literally impossible unless you play onehanded or something. your average gamer gets to plat from bronze in a day. in bronze up to gold you have the occasional shield that blocks mmr loss and you get like what +35 -17 so as long as you know how to use a mouse and keyboard it shouldnt take longer than a few hours i can understand being stuck in plat but not before that

The game puts you against WAY more experienced players to balance out 50/50 win/loss rate. Even if you sweat your ass off, your teammates get 0/10 while enemy team just farms you. Then one or two wins - unfair matchmaking again.

Numbers say nothing other than the fact that you can press M1. Maybe look inward and see how you can improve before you blame every loss on your teammates

forced 50% wr would still mean that you climb cuz you get more than you lose so if you win then lose you still made a profit of 10 mmr also mvp gives you a little boost as well around 5-7 mmr extra

There is a huge gap between NA and EU (not my opinion, most comp players say so). Meaning, EU games are way sweatier and harder.
