Mr. Fantastic Proficiency Tree Bug

I believe Mr. Fantastic's proficiency tree is bugged for one it says his spray is in the battle pass, secondly many of the achievements such as spend 60 minutes on the character I have done I can tell by looking at my character time, but for some reason its stuck on 11 minutes. I believe the spray is the reason why. Since you can't unlock it, it is somehow preventing progress.
