Report a translation problem
Depending how you feel about lighting, GI/Reflections can stay on/off. I have them on. Shadows can get in the way, though you can't turn em off. Effects/Foliage can also get in a way, you can't turn them off, so low for those. The rest, have on high/ultra depending on what you can run.
Or just go full potato
Note: If you do wanna go real low, do have global illumination on, and maybe reflections, it makes a really big difference in how the game looks
