Voice Chat Issues

Does anyone have an actual fix for Voice Chat (Push to Talk)?

My friends and I consistently have issues with the in-game voice chat working for more than one full game, it even stops working mid match sometimes. We have tried everything that we could find on Google; turning voice chat on and off, swapping inputs in Windows settings, changing from Open Mic back to PTT (this seems to be the most reliable fix), running Discord in admin, running Steam in admin, disabling all of the other sound devices in Sounds settings.

I know there are a lot of threads about this issue here and on Reddit but I have also watched people play that seem to never have these issues and have talked to people in game that also say that they dont experience this.

I can't get my mic to work lmao. Sometimes if I hold my ptt for 2-3 sec it shows but I don't think that works lol. I reinstalled and nothing changed, sigh ..
