After trying out all the heroes I found Jeff the best. Why? I feel like I'm helping my team a lot as a healer.

Before, I always played Scarlet Witch but never had a big impact.

Whenever I play Jeff, I feel like I'm no longer useless.

I'm having fun playing the game for the first time and no longer feel frustrated.

Kills aren't important for Jeff. What matters is helping my team and it makes alot of fun.

I'm not trying to be an ass but I had to point out the obvious as well.

Like I said, just do what you enjoy. If that's those characters, oh well. I find them to be easy and pretty mediocre, but if OP thinks they're good/fun, who am I to say he is wrong?

Highest healing output in the game and it pierces, built-in mediocre self-heal and mobility but its still better than some of the other healers who literally have to try and walk away, strong ult if you don't use it to kill your own team or walk half the map away to throw literally 1 guy over a ledge while your team has no healer and all die, okay damage output.
None of the tacticians right now are even remotely close to being even mid, the entire class of character is overtuned.

Jeff is beat by any person with an ounce of skill.

His mobility is his best thing.

Play with teams that have proper positioning, and heroes like Mantis, Luna, Adam get so much more value.

The best thing about him, like you said, is his good heals. He is only a good pick when you are solo Q and playing with ass randoms that can't play for their lives.

I don't see why people are saying Jeff is easy, IMO he's actually one of the hardest supports to do well with. You need very good bubble management / placement since his primary fire heal is slow and unreliable.

Jeff's high pick rate in lower ranks is likely due to his cuteness, with people gradually switching off the character as they discover it's easier to get good results with other healers.

That said, I don't think he's much weaker than the others by a lot, the main thing he really needs is access to a better team-up. Like if he was the anchor for a good team-up with a good character he would instantly go up in usage.

If you do want to get good with the character, you should know that the most significant aspect of the character is that his bubbles give a speed boost. He's pretty decent in Domination since you can speed boost the team to the point by spitting a few bubbles (every few seconds) as the team moves towards the point, and the speed boost can be significant to some characters mid-fight as well. Still, you can't spam too many bubbles for this or you'll run out for healing. Don't forget to give yourself a bubble too if you need to escape.

im lord as jeff in platinum rank and ya, hes the best character. next question?
fr tho he has insane upsides, but unlike some people have said he does have SOME downsides. but unlike what OTHER people are saying, those downsides arent THAT bad.

His ult comes to mind, esp after the nerf. I wont go into more detail tho because the ppl here seem to be knuckle dragging and drooling so I will let you all seethe on your own now.
