Report system is nothing but an illusion

I get a mail that a player has been restricted, then I see they are in a game.
How can you say the most barbaric things yet get a slap on the wrist whilst other games you get a permanent ban?
Why is a guy who is under a penalty allowed to talk in chat?
Why is a guy who is muted, then I get matched with him again and he's somehow talking in-game doing the exact same thing that got him muted in the first place.

You can have the most vile username and they get a slap on a wrist with a free name change and no ban, so I have to deal with a guy calling himself a grapist spelling in another way and as a victim of that in real life I find that very diisrespectful that the player receives no punishment if they use the free name change. There is literally someone called rxpe that I was matched with.

Moderation is non existent that is why this game is a toxic mess and seeing how the most vile behaviours are tolerated I am going to think twice spending money on this game. People say things on this game that can get you IP banned on twitter and that's saying something. There is enough players where there is no reason to be this lenient so I assume you tolerate this behaviour.

And yet you continued to play until this day. If you're going to get this triggered, have the backbone to live up to your words. Otherwise its just hot air
