Marvel Rivals is a Scam – Worst Game Ever Made
Alright, I’ve had it. Marvel Rivals isn’t just bad – it’s an insult to anyone with a brain. The gameplay feels like it was designed by someone who’s never actually played a video game. Every match is unbalanced, the controls are clunky, and the animations? Don’t get me started. It’s like they ran out of budget after designing the menu screen.

And don’t even try to defend the monetization. This game is just another cash grab, preying on Marvel fans’ nostalgia. $20 skins for characters that look like they crawled out of a PS2 game? Are we joking? And where’s the content? It’s the same three game modes recycled over and over. It’s like they didn’t even try to make something enjoyable.

If you like this game, you’re either delusional or haven’t played a decent game in your life. Marvel Rivals is the definition of a corporate cash cow, milked dry, and served to the lowest common denominator. Prove me wrong.

Let’s hear all the excuses.

Manipulating children to open parents wallets still doesn't make it right.

Parents should do better job watching what they are doing then.

Is that what happened to you? Your kid got into your wallet and bought skins or something?

No, but I can understand that it's basic psychology. Children seeing people with paid skins and intros are left feeling like they have no other option.

You might argue it's the parents to make sure the child isn't envious, but with the internet and how things are portrayed. This is becoming a more frequent issue.

Sounds like parents should be raising kids better in a capitalistic world then. Not the games fault.

Are you unironically defending psychological manipulation of kids from a corporate entity for financial gain?

Are you unironically defending poor parenting? How is stealing their parents credit card any different from shop lifting from a store?

I think the game itself is great - it's still unbalanced yes, but hopefully it will get better. For example, what comes to mmind most is Psylocks and healers ults.
Psylock, becase you cannot do anything abouut it jjust die - that feels really bad when it's also instant and unavoidable... pretty much. Unless of course you're lucky to have the right cool down and full hp like squirrl girls jump.

Same with healers like Luna snow and cloak & dagger - when they pop it the game just halts for hwoever many seconds thye have it and everyone is unkillable... it's really boring. The healers are way too strong.

The matchmaking Season 1 also seems to be rigged now with EOMM. So uunless they change it, im gonna quit the game. And I got like over 120 hrs now or something..

Other than matchmaking and imbalance, I think the game is great and fun.

I think what people are hung up on is that it's children and children don't know right from wrong. They are manipulated into doing things. They believe in Santa and the tooth fairy.

It's really besides the point with this whole thread but actually hilarious you are backing billion dollar companies that hire actual teams to figure out the best methods to get the $ vs average families.
