Is Squirrel Girl op or am I playing clueless people?

Im not really good at games, average at best. Just picked up this game and have been stomping with Squirrel Girl.
Is it because Im playing new players, as a new account, right? Or is the character actually broken?

Game has a unique matchmaking system, most experts call it "engagement based". As quickplay will give you bots to play against with fake names and private profiles. Bots are well known for grouping up with set paths straight to the objective and having horrible common sense.

I rarely play Iron Man but I often go 35 kills-0 deaths against the bots just because they hardly target you at long range.

You can always spot them with generic names without profanity and whole enemy team will have private profiles and they never reply to smack talk in match chat

I guess that does not happen when you finally unlock ranked, right?

She is in the bottom 3 in win rates for ranked in season 0. Sure she can end matches with a really high dmg dealt number, but it is tough to confirm kills with her compared to every other dps. She for sure needs a buff.

Her ultimate got a buff (auto targets players with half the health) but this doesn't really change her weakness. She still has problems confirming kills.

she's a niche play. Basically Junkrat and I've seen players in top 500 play junkrat.

She's going the same route as Junk Rat. Now days he's a terror on high ranks, earlier he was below average.
