cross progression on steam

I'm about to buy a new PC and give my current one to my gf but I'm wondering if the marvel account is linked to my PC or steam. Would all my purchases and everything disappear or would it carry over if I'm using the same steam account. I'm asking cause whenever i switched to PC i couldn't link anything from my Xbox and wasted an easy $50 on my Xbox and i don't want the same thing happening again. I'm pretty sure I'll be good but i just wanna make sure

No cross-progression currently available. Might come later, might not. Depends on greed, probably Sony and/or do they want to spend time and money on it.

Some comments vaguely said its coming in Season 2, but we are in season 2 and no mention of it so..

As for is it linked to steam, most likely yeah since thats how you log to rivals official site ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
