Frame Spikes After the 4/25 Update

Is anyone else experiencing frame spikes and FPS drops after the new update? It didn't happen when Krakoa released but ever since the new patch, I can't play games because it caps at 15 fps at best and maybe 5-8 at worst for entire matches.
My specs: RTX 4050 Ui7 32GB ram
My CPU used to overheat at 90C and even back then I played with better frames then now which is just baffling because my CPU averages about 70C when I play nowadays.
I limited my FPS to 30 to see if this could change anything and it legit peaks at 15 FPS lmao

I am as well. I never had any frame rate issues before this patch.

Update, not sure what happened, but my frames are consistently at 3fps im not even joking. I'm at a loss

Cant get more than 20 FPS

Its even worse in ranked play and even worse in high elo ranked play when alot of sht is going on and it's sweaty the fps can drop real hard, when there are 2 torches both on your team and enemy you know the fps is aboutta drop
