Is there more lag in the games now?

So i have noticed while playing widow, i hit nothing now. Literally nothing . big fat 0. It feels even with the crosshair on the target i wont hit them. Was something changed? All other characters are fine, but widow i cant hit anything for the life of me. Anyone else experiencing this?

i am trying the new big head mode, i hit stuff there but obviously big heads. Normal games its poop performance
