fps and ping

After the recent update to pping, d bought 130-200. The game has become really high. Regular drops from 100-10 FPS and back make the game experience terrible. I can’t enjoy the game as much as I used to. I haven’t changed any settings. It started after the latest update and the introduction of the Dr. Strange skin to the store. My RTX graphics card, the 3050, and the Intel Core i5-1140F used to be enough to play the game, but that’s no longer the case. Please take notice of this issue or advise me on what to do about it.

same, my fps are good and my ping is 20 stable, then all of the sudden, huge pakcet loss and cant hit anything, is the game fault, nothing we can do

same, before that update fps was around 180 avg in fight, now i'v got 80-90 on fights or map changes

I'm having the same issue since last update. I updated my drivers it lowered it a bit but not completely. I am almost tempted to try some of these optimization "mods" see if it helps any.
