Report a translation problem
1. I quote the last balance patch notes: "Slightly reduce Iron Man's hitbox size."
(I want to say with this that they could f it up and its buggy)
2. Your character is not in the middle of the screen, a bit left of it and this means that you will hit players when you aim a bit right of the enemy.
I can't really tell you exactly why this exact scenerio happened but as u can see there are some posibilites for it. I won't even deny the fact that it could be a cheat as well. I saw scripts that stretch the hitbox of enemy when they move, like a texture shade from frame generation, sadly that's really safe to use...
