Split the LATAM server!

You urgently need to split the LATAM server in two — one for Brazil and another for the rest of Spanish-speaking Latin America. We don't even speak the same language!

A lot of people here indeed can't speak in english, even gamers. Especially with the recent wave of localization to Spanish and Br Portuguese. That said, I'm against spliting servers, as that would diminush player count and increase queueing times
