Black Widow & a 3round burst
Hear me out.

BW is 1 of 2 things. Totally sucks or is God Tier. There is no in between and the vast majority of players are in-betweeners and cant use her as she needs near needle point accuracy.

To help with this I propose into the Ether that she gets a 3 round burst.

Allow me to expand...

Differentiate her Red Room Rifle- (3rd person), from her Straight Shooter mode- (Scope View).

Keep 15 round mag size as it is now. But put it to work and actually utilise it.

Instead of shooting single shots with the Red Room Rifle for 120 damage make it a 3 round burst with 40 damage a bullet while keeping the same falloff rate it has now, beginning at 10m and decreasing to 50% at 20m.

And keeping the over all rate of fire as it is now of 0.83 a burst. This will allow for more streamline and suppressive fire with 3 shots firing over the same course of time of 0.83 seconds instead of just 1 shot every 0.83 seconds.

The Red Room Rifle will fire off
1 bullet every 0.28 seconds for 3 round burst of 0.83 seconds.

Now this is in some way a pseudo nerf since it will take 3 bullets to hit to gain the same amount of damage that is currently done with 1. At the same time its kinda a buff allowing Widow to put more rounds down range. A in-between...

So in turn I think firing Straight Shooter Mode (Scope) should get a +10 to crit hits upping it from 240 damage to 250. - A single shot every 0.83 damage with no falloff rate towards damage as it is now. No change other then dmg increase to crit.

A simple character design change that opens up the character in new ways. And I think it would help make Widow a over all more viable character.

One shots are not fun to fight against.

She's plenty viable as is, but is kind of boring in comparison to some other characters. I've been liking the idea of adding her pistols to her kit. My method would be to give her three weapons, the rifle for scoped shots only. Semi-auto pistols, each with the same fire rate as the rifle, but there are two of them so you get twice the fire rate at half the damage per hit. Melee is still the batons. Give her a strafing dash move that utilizes stamina, and increase her stamina for the increased usage. Defensively, the only thing she has is an unreliable kick grapple on a long cooldown and her offense. You can get away with some cheeky stuff with the sprinting and jumping, but that drains a ton of stamina fast. Other heroes have way more movement without a stamina bar. I'm fine with the stamina bar, but giving her a bit more stamina and some other options for which to use it would add something fun and thematic to her kit.

How many characters have 250 hp to one shot against?

Loki, Invisible Woman, Spiderman, Rocket and Jeff. The Flyers- Iron Man, Storm, and Torch....Im pretty sure thats it. All not the most easiest to get a crit hit on considering size, distance, or ablities.

And with Jeff, he gets -50% crit dmg on himself so mark him off the list from being 1 shotted.

So yes. I stand by the measly +10 crit hit dmg in scope mode.

All that is cool and all but that would be a whole rework for the character with new animations and all.
