In UE5 borderless should run nativelly at the correct resolution, have you had some troubles with it ?
When I tried to run the game fullscreen I could not choose my native screen resolution (5120x2160).
There were several I could choose from but not the max native resolution shown above.
All of the fixes I could find cited to disable frame generation, as that was what locked people out of true full screen, in my situation I wasn't using it, so that fix was not applicable.
I could not find another fix anywhere I looked that addressed the issue of me being able to use true full screen mode with my native resolution.
Manually forcing the desired resolution/fullscreen option in the ini file worked for me.
