"Substituting"

Can we just start cancelling games with ragequitters in them?
Every 2nd match today I got sent in as a substitute because someone ragequit, and every round I was sent in as a substitute 1 or more rage quit after I entered as well.

So can we just stop getting sent in as substitutes?
Or at least set a limit to higher than every 2nd damn match?

I'm at the point where I want to suggest that rage quitters gets a message like
"Hi, we see that you ragequit your previous round.
So we went ahead and restricted you from playing for the rest of the day.
Take a breather."

Unlucky people who DC'd for a minute because of unstable internet or whatever be damned, I'm that tired of it.
