Ultimates ruin this game

Why must the vast majority of them just be so over powered, with so little thinking involved, very little thought into how you will make a play them them, often with very little counterplay, mostly very low risk and with very high reward.

I get it. They're ultimates. Can we just at the very least make them so you need more than 2 brain cells to actually get value out of them?

I think it should be obvious when they're called ultimate's that they were designed to be over powered..

its not stolen from ow so many games have the 'ultimate' game mechanic its a basic game design to make the game more fun, shake up combat, and the charge aspect incentivizes good gameplay and strategy
