got mute for 24 without a reason

i just got muted for 24 hours from a chat only cus idk i was annoying? like a i started playing wolverine and in last match i was pretty mad about it so in this one i texted "i'm learning a hero please not a lords, pls in last match ihad 5 dps and lords" as answer i got ofc that they don't care and i said sorry , in second round i said that our tank plays pretty good and another player said same about support and i agree with him, thats all i texted and i got muted. but texting this i remember that i used not best words in a previous match is this possible that i got muted cus of that and needed time and cus of it i got muted in middle of next one?

huh, i wasn't blaming anyone , my problem was that i wanted to learn hero that i have literally 0 hours and it's impossible to learn when you have dudes with 40+ hours on characters and they still picking it in qp

literally all what i was writing was in a moments before starting a match or after , in middle of match i was not talking (or when i was dead)

You are right bro that one time I called my team trash and slurs I got muted because of EOMM not because I said bad things to them. EoMM try to get me hooked by making me feel things by muting me for no reason at all not because I used racial slurs in game chat

when i texted there that "i said that tank is playing good" it wasn't a sarcasm i just said that he plays very good

Maybe don't post stupid ♥♥♥♥ like "EZ" or "GG EZ" or other ♥♥♥♥♥♥ things . I've reported people for talking ♥♥♥♥ after a match and I get a nice message in my inbox saying that action has been taken on them.
